Hernö Gin’s founder Jon Hillgren guides us through the flavours of gin and the story behind Hernö Gin – the world’s most awarded gin. By his side is John-John Allerholm, head of food and beverage at Hernö Gin Bar in Gothenburg, together with our head chef Nhan Phan.
The evening begins with a welcome cocktail before we sit down for a three-course dinner. Alongside your meal, you’ll get to sample three specially selected gins from Hernö Gin, followed by cocktails crafted from the very gin you’ve just discovered. Together, we’ll explore how gin and cocktails can take their place at the dinner table, and how the flavours in your glass and on your plate can elevate one another.
